Project Engineer(Plumbing and Sanitary) - #1122628

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and monitor the progress of plumbing and sanitary projects, ensuring completion within time, cost, and quality specifications.

• Review and approve designs for plumbing and sanitary systems, ensuring compliance with HDB specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure project milestones are met and quality is maintained.

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and technical requirements.

• Provide accurate cost estimates, manage budgets, and track expenditures to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.

• Prepare method statements, work procedures, and keep detailed records of all work completed, including any deviations from initial plans.

• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HDB guidelines, local authorities, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works, with at least 1 year of experience in HDB projects.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and sanitary systems, HDB construction guidelines, and local regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
