Job Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing professional product presentations and demonstrations.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assist in showroom display arrangement, ensuring products are presented attractively and in line with brand standards.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth delivery and service.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Pleasant personality with good presentation skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems is a plus).
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
