                                                • Assist with creation and preparation of all products, in line with hygiene and food safety standards including:
- Preparation and baking of pastries & cakes
- Frosting and decoration of desserts & whole cakes
- Production of gelato
• Ensure that quality of products produced are as per company’s standard and consistency
• Work closely with team to develop new recipes and idea generation.
• Ensure the proper usage of food and minimizes food waste, product quality control .
Guide, train, and supervise junior members
• All other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
• Relevant experience in pastry production.
• Able to learn and adapt quickly
• Team Player with professional attitude
