                                                About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead industrial sector business development across Southeast Asia for a global technology leader specializing in advanced fluid management and process solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the client base, and strengthening partnerships within the industrial and process markets. This includes developing strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, managing key clients, and supporting technical solutions for a diverse range of applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and grow the industrial sales portfolio within assigned Southeast Asian markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, distributors, engineering contractors, and design consultants.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase market share across key industrial sectors (e.g., chemical, water treatment, F&B, process manufacturing).
Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations based on client requirements.
Manage pricing strategies, quotations, and commercial negotiations in line with company policies.
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer seminars (onsite and virtual).
Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and recommend tactical adjustments.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline data within the CRM system.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to enhance visibility and develop leads.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product management teams to align strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4–5 years of sales or business development experience within the industrial, process, or fluid handling sectors (experience with pumps or related technologies preferred).
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Technical aptitude for understanding process equipment and engineering applications.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel nationally and regionally for client visits, training, or events.
Must be able to work effectively within a matrix and cross-cultural environment.
