- Handle documentation and administrative tasks, including occasional delivery and mailing duties.
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person at the counter.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by learning new tasks and taking on additional responsibilities within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- A Level and Diploma holders
