Account Development Executive (Telemarketing)
Location: Chubb Insurance | East
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6:30pm (Office Hours)
Salary: Up to $3,500/month (Depending on experience) + Commission

Job Responsibilities:
• Promote General Insurance products via outbound telemarketing calls
• Meet sales targets and KPIs (sales, call quality, and operational standards)
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• Convert company-provided leads into sales
• Ensure all calls comply with Quality Assurance and regulations
• Update customer information in database

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
• Prior telemarketing or sales experience preferred (financial services advantage)
• Insurance Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) is an added advantage - No certificate is welcome too!
• Good communication skills & customer-oriented
