Service & Application Engineer - Semiconductor (Maintenance, Equipment) - #1122342

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Business trip opportunity (once a month; duration: 1-2 weeks)

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customer to qualify the equipment during installation

• Perform installations, preventive maintenance and remedial repair maintenance on complex electro-mechanical semiconductor equipment

• Develop and execute action plans to resolve customer's enquiry

• Manage assignments and projects as assigned and to follow all duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or superiors

• Handler change kit, socket, docking, change kit spare parts and saw ball tool

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma qualification in any Engineering/Science discipline

• At least 3 years of relevant experience from Semiconductor industry

• Experience in precision engineering or semiconductor manufacturing/equipment

• Experience with Active Thermal Control product or Assembly Saw/Ball Tool related sales with highly advantageous

• Willingness to OT when required
