Responsibilities:

• Meet and consult with clients to understand their design style, budget, and project requirements.

• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, space layouts, and material selections.

• Provide accurate quotations and close sales effectively.

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to source materials and ensure design quality.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from start to handover.

• Supervise site works to ensure alignment with design plans and safety standards.

• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to clients.

• Ensure proper project documentation and smooth handover upon completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior design and project management.

• Strong design sense and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.

• Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
