Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end cargo or shipment operations to ensure efficient and timely execution.

• Manage vessel or transport scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Oversee handling processes and maintain quality and safety standards throughout operations.

• Monitor performance metrics, cost efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to shipment volume, quality, or documentation.

• Support process improvements to minimize losses and enhance operational reliability.

• Prepare operational reports, including performance analysis and cost tracking.

• Collaborate with external parties such as agents, surveyors, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of activities.

• Conduct operational vetting and clearance procedures to meet compliance and safety requirements.

• Provide regular updates, reports, and analytical insights to management and internal teams.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Maritime Studies, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or equivalent

• At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience from the bunkering shipping industry

• Good understanding of operational workflows, scheduling, and compliance procedures.
