Accounts Receivable Executive (5 days) AL70 - #1122325

Looking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the company’s billing, collections, and incoming payments. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the receivable process, maintain good relationships with clients, and support the finance team in achieving timely cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.

• Record and reconcile all incoming payments (cheques, bank transfers, etc.).

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up promptly with customers.

• Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions.

• Prepare monthly AR aging reports and assist in month-end closing.

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1–3 years of working experience in accounts receivable or general accounting

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
