Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacture (DFM) for fiber/laser assembly.

• Design and commission automated test systems and manufacturing tools.

• Conduct risk assessments, SPC, DOE, and structured problem-solving (8D).

• Support production transfer and drive yield, cycle time, and waste reduction initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in fiber/laser assembly process development and new product introduction (NPI).

• Hands-on experience in automation systems, SPC, DOE, 8D, and AS9100 compliance.
