Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial counselling for patients and next-of-kin on estimated hospital bills, subsidies, and payment schemes.
• Assist patients in completing payment-related forms and documentation.
• Refer eligible cases to relevant departments for financial assistance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for all in-flight cases until discharge.
• Address patient and next-of-kin billing enquiries professionally.
• Collect deposits and outstanding payments, including items ordered by medical teams.
• Process daily NETS and credit card settlements for patient payments.
• Advise patients on national forms (NEFR/MCAF/MT) and required documentation.
• Submit original forms to relevant authorities and update SAP system accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at reception areas and workstations.
• Respond to emails received in the department’s inbox daily.
• Raise e-BARFs and merge requests accurately and promptly.
• Manage department inventory and supplies.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
