Senior Payroll Executive (ID: 685747) - #1122283

Responsibilities:

• Process accurate monthly payroll for staff and workers.

• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and payroll data.

• Prepare and distribute salary slips and payroll reports.

• Handle statutory filings and payments (CPF, IRAS, etc.).

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll records.

• Resolve payroll issues and answer staff queries.

• Coordinate with departments for accurate payroll processing.

• Support audits, reconciliations, and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration.

• Minimum 5 years payroll experience in Construction/ Manufacturing/ Healthcare/ Retail industry.

• Knowledge of payroll systems and statutory requirements (IRAS, MOM, CPF) is a must.

• Proficiency in Excel; HRiQ payroll software is a plus.
