As a Senior Engineer (ACMV & BMS), you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Monitor, operate, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.

• Troubleshoot system faults and address equipment performance issues.

• Prepare detailed reports on system performance and operational status.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance energy efficiency through BMS optimization.

• Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for facilities staff on BMS operation and troubleshooting.

• Assist the ACMV trade team in facility operations, including system breakdown investigations, inspections, audits, and maintenance program reviews.

• Oversee and guide specialist vendors and facility management agents to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain consistent service quality.

• Participate in and support various audits relevant to building operations and compliance.

• Support project teams in managing and integrating BMS and ACMV infrastructure systems for ongoing and future developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related discipline.
