As a Dietician (Community Settings) , you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform nutrition and dietetics assessment

• Review treatment plan and implement changes

• Monitoring patients progress

• Maintaining and updating patients’ records

• Provide education and counselling to patients in nutritional support

• Assist in ward rounds

• Ensure up-to-date dietetic industry knowledge

• Involved in quality improvement programs

• Any other duties assigned within the team
  

Requirements:

• Master's Degree / Bachelor Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition
