Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders from project sites and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Generate and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular inventory reports for management review.

• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.

• Support the Assistant Manager, Purchasing, in procurement activities and vendor management.

• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, timelines, and cost control measures.

Requirement:

• Diploma & above.

• Minimum 3 year of experience in construction industry.

• Experience with constructions/ building material procurement is a must.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Application is a must.
