Job Description:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Business Development team.
Prepare, update, and maintain sales documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Assist in managing customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing) to support sales activities and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales pipeline activities.
Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and tender submissions.
Monitor and compile data for sales performance reports and forecasts.
Support the organization of client meetings, events, and presentations.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities assigned to the team.
Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Requirements:
Min Diploma or Degree, preferably in business or marketing.
Experience in Sales or Marketing roles will be advantages
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
