• Working Days: 5 days work week (8 hours per shift)

• Salary Package: $3300 + Shift Allowance + AWS + VB

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Attend to walk-in guests and solve their issues effectively and promptly

• Processing membership related transactions

• Prepare daily shift opening and closing documents

• Adhere to SOP all the times

• Work closely with Marketing teams and keep membership promotions updated

• Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

The Ingredients for Success:

• Min Degree in Business or relevant field

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Willing to work rotating shifts and during weekends and public holidays
