Job Description:

Our client are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join inpatient pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, effective, and appropriate use of medications, in compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform medication reconciliation, dispense medications, and provide specialized counselling to patients.

• Review and verify the appropriateness of medication orders and discharge prescriptions.

• Provide drug information and clinical advice to healthcare professionals.

• Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, as well as accreditation and legal standards.

• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants when required.

• Maintain accurate inventory control, including the supply and distribution of controlled drugs.

• Support hospital-wide initiatives and projects as assigned by the Principal Pharmacist and/or Senior Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

• Valid pharmacist practicing certificate and registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.

• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.

• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
