·        Facilitate and arrange interviews between employers and domestic helpers.

·        Manage the complete placement process from start to finish, ensuring thorough tracking and follow-up.

·        Provide after-sales support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

·        Proactively pursue leads and build relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.

·        Oversee daily branch operations including managing biodata inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

·        Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold high service standards and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

·        Recognized qualification or certification in Employment Intermediaries is advantageous.

·        1-2 years of relevant experience in the employment agency sector specializing in Migrant Domestic Workers.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

·        Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
