Responsibilities and Duties

• Overall responsible for the functions of warehousing and delivery.

• Managing warehouse staff and delivery Drivers.

• Ensure appropriate warehouse function that stock integrity is maintained.

• Responsible for total customer care and satisfaction in terms of services provided.

• Supervising movement and storage of goods and making sure the quality, quantity, efficiency is kept intact.

• Properly maintaining the order cycle and related information systems.

• Control of reject bay and ensure non-conforming products are labelled.

• Recruitment of staff, organizing of necessary training and performance management of the staff.

• Review and approve the Corrective/ Preventive Action for out-going inspection failure.

• Recommend management systems improvement measures.

• Implement management systems procedures and monitor management systems performance relating to Logistics function.

• Responsible for the security of goods/ cargos and conveyance within each facility.

• Assist RA leader to conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures.

• Ensure that adequate safety measures are taken for any machinery, equipment or process used at the workplace.

• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Requirement

• Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operational, Logistics background and People Management.

• Experience in planning and managing the Supply Chain.

• Strong leadership, management and problem-solving skills.

• Working hours: Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
