Responsibilities
Ensure total client satisfaction by effectively managing all customer service-related matters.
Regularly monitor the quality of services provided at the branch office.
Update and log customer service cases within the ERP system, while coordinating resolutions for service events and after-sales support.
Properly handle client documentation, including service cards, handover confirmations, and maintenance documents.
Coordinate projects efficiently, adhering to schedules and ensuring client satisfaction.
Timely preparation and submission of required documentation.
Organize client RPM arrangements and ensure timely delivery of RPM reports.
Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Requirements
Strong sense of service and excellent time management skills, along with a propensity for quick learning.
Proven track record in building relationships with vendors, internal clients, and team members.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Detail-oriented with the capacity to perform under pressure.
