Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily boutique operations while translating corporate objectives into actionable boutique goals.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, exemplifying the brand values and enhancing the customer experience.

• Employ creative resource management and retail tools to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Analyze business performance and draft action plans to improve sales outcomes.

• Collaborate with the boutique manager to support and exceed budgetary goals, ensuring compliance with all legal and operational regulations.

• Monitor and assess missed sales opportunities to refine future projections.

• Foster relationships with potential clients through private viewings and strategic discussions on business opportunities.

• Act as the acting manager during the boutique manager's absence, addressing team training needs and ensuring guidance for staff development.

• Maintain a high standard of boutique appearance, overseeing visual merchandising and client service protocols.

• Ensure rigorous adherence to group procedures for stock control, including conducting timely inventory evaluations and managing stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar field, with a strong emphasis on sales performance and team leadership.

• Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment for a diverse team.

• Strong analytical skills to assess sales metrics and develop effective strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build genuine customer relationships.
