• Proactively pursue all potential sales opportunities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, prospective clients, and store visitors

• Adhere to all sales and operational procedures in line with company policies and guidelines

• Complete daily inventory checks and generate accurate sales reports

• Foster a collaborative, respectful, and efficient team environment

• Assist the marketing team with in-store events, activities, and visual merchandising updates

• Actively engage in CRM initiatives to build and strengthen client relationships

• Ensure the boutique remains in optimal condition at all times, including cleanliness, safety, and security

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of luxury retail experience, luxury jewelry background preferred

• Possess strong communication skills

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
