Job Description

• Merchandise and replenish products neatly and accurately on shelves to ensure proper display and stock availability.

• Handle general customer inquiries and provide appropriate counselling on over-the-counter (OTC) products.

• Assist in ordering, receiving, and returning stock in accordance with pharmacy procedures.

• Perform cashiering duties efficiently and ensure accuracy in all transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the pharmacy.

• Manage and monitor stock inventory to minimize discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment.

• Support the resident pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions and preparing medications.

• Assist the pharmacist in executing promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “N” Level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course conducted by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Science.

• Dispensing and Retail merchandising experience will be an added advantage.
