Brief Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily export operations to fulfill customer requirements effectively.

• Collaborate with Customer Service and instruct third-party vendors on special handling needs for import and export activities.

• Lead daily toolbox meetings within the warehouse and ensure proper housekeeping.

• Identify and implement enhancements to warehouse operations aligned with established quality management goals.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed and customer coordination is achieved.

• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and quality regulations to maintain full compliance.

• Liaise with internal Customer Service teams and service providers to manage daily export/import warehouse operations.

• Manage relationships with third-party traffic service providers to facilitate seamless deliveries and collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the supply chain industry.

• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.

• Comfortable to perform overtime when required.
