Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Officer where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and fulfilling customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Export General Operations and ensure they align with customer requirements.

• Collaborate with Customer Service and third-party vendors regarding Special Handling requirements for Imports and Exports.

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse environment.

• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse operations in line with quality management goals.

• Work collaboratively to complete daily tasks, particularly coordinating with customers.

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, and Quality regulations among all warehouse staff.

• Liaise with internal Customer Service and appointed service providers for daily Export/Import warehouse activities.

• Manage third-party traffic service providers to guarantee efficient deliveries and collections.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain sector.

• Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications.

• Comfortable with working night shifts.
