Senior Marketing Executive - #1122128

We're seeking a passionate Senior Marketing Executive in managing day to day marketing execution for all brands in our Singapore market.

• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders includes Merchandising, VM, Operations; External stakeholders would be Agencies, Landlords, Vendors and Brand Principal

• Support marketing administration and local executions and other brands that are present in Singapore

• Operational & Budget Management – managed marketing invoices, follow up the processing to Finance and other stakeholders

• Oversee execution of events that is being conducted by agency

• Manage collaborations and marketing initiatives with landlords (malls)

• Manage administration for product sponsorships by following local SOPs for marketing product sponsorships which covers : contacting stores, inform Operations, manage marketing product sponsorship reports (Goods Receipt process)

• Marketing Budget Planning, Controlling, and Reporting supporting marketing

• Manage marketing invoices for all brand marketing activities

• Update marketing expenses for all brands marketing
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in lifestyle/fashion/beauty industry
• Great team player who is able to collaborate cross-functionally across all levels
• Passion in Sports, Running and Sports Marketing is an advantage
