Job Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility and profitability studies for commercial spaces through market research, analysing competitors, rental costs, and commercial trends.

• Generate and convert leads into successful tenancies by proposing attractive tenancy terms.

• Oversee all lease documentation through to completion.

• Develop and implement strategic business models to optimize rental income and occupancy rates within the commercial portfolio.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder and above

• 4-5 years of experience in marketing, business development or leasing

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently
