Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales and Marketing Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market analysis to understand competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
Execute advertising and promotional activities, including product launches and training.
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance product features, benefits, and pricing strategies.
Oversee marketing, sales, and product profit and loss (P&L) to ensure profitability.
Foster relationships with business partners to achieve sales objectives.
Manage sales inventory and purchase processes efficiently.
Cultivate business opportunities to reach sales targets, market share, and profit goals.
Plan and execute business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Prepare and present business performance reports, including sales and inventory status.
Manage dealer inventory through effective sell-out activities.
Support promoter performance by overseeing target achievements and deployment.
Build strong partnerships with customers and retail outlets to enhance dealer relations.
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for customer transactions.
Handle any additional tasks related to business operations as needed.
Communicate monthly sales targets to promoters and support their leave applications.
Assist the sales team in preparing monthly reports.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales or Marketing.
Experience in consumer products is advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Business Accounting P&L is beneficial.
A team player with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexibility for overtime work.
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
Experience in channel sales is a plus.
