Job responsibilities:
Handling sales enquiries and online sales in a fast-paced environment.
Managing customer feedback and complaints.
Following up on sales payments from customers.
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
Diploma qualification
Minimum 1 -2 year sales experience
