We are looking for a Clinic Manager who can lead with heart and strategy — someone passionate about patient experience, capable of running seamless operations, and ready to grow with a dynamic healthcare group.
Key Responsibilities
Operational ExcellenceOversee the full scope of clinic operations — patient scheduling, chair utilisation, service flow, and overall clinic efficiency.
Implement and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and service standards to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent patient experience.
Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, infection control, and workplace safety standards.
Manage inventory and supplier coordination to ensure cost efficiency and adequate stock levels.
Optimise clinic resources and ensure readiness for future growth and scalability.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of dental assistants, patient service staff, and clinic executives.
Foster a positive, patient-centred culture focused on teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and build a strong internal talent pipeline.
Drive staff engagement and retention through clear communication, recognition, and growth opportunities.
Champion the Nuffield Dental service standard, ensuring every patient receives a positive and consistent experience.
Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring swift service recovery and follow-up.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support patient retention initiatives and feedback programmes.
Collaborate with management to identify areas for operational improvement, process standardisation, and system enhancement.
Support new clinic setups, staff deployment, and operational readiness for expansion projects.
What We’re Looking For
At least 3–5 years of experience in clinic operations or healthcare management, ideally in dental setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a diverse team.
A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
Good understanding of clinic operations, manpower planning, and patient service management.
Proficiency in clinic software and MS Office.
