Job Scope:

  • Learning and Development (L&D)/Sponsorships: Support L&D and Sponsorship operations including programme coordination, communications (EDMs and collaterals), administrative processes such as attendance tracking, registration and tracking of budget, and projects to enhance the learning initiatives.

  • Performance Management: Coordinate the performance management cycle including appraisal administration, performance review coordination and documentation, trainings and workshops, and data management.

  • Compensation and Benefits: Assist in compensation and benefits processes including review exercises, benefits administration, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting requirements.

  • Competency Framework: Facilitate the development and implementation of Competency Framework through competency mapping, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and administrative processes.

  • Project Coordination: Provide administrative and coordination support for HR Development projects, initiatives and committees, including meeting management, documentation, communications, and progress tracking

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience

  • Strong coordination and administrative skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
