Job Scope:

• Conduct skin analysis and professional facial treatments according to company standards.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and provide high-quality customer service.

• Ensure accurate reporting of clients' skin conditions post-treatment and their feedback on products or services.

• Build strong customer relationships, promote communication to ensure customer satisfaction and referral rates.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and comfort after each treatment session.

• Evaluate, educate, and recommend daily skincare regimens to clients.

• Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of treatment rooms.

Requirement:

• Candidates with CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC and other beauty certifications are welcome to apply

• Good command of English and Chinese is a must

• A positive attitude and a high level of initiative

• Demonstrates customer-centric values

• Excellent client service skills and a good team player

• Customer oriented, sales and service oriented

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
