Assistant Electrical Manager (M&E Engineering) - #1122065

Salary: Base salary from $4,500 – S$6,000
Allowances: Up to $1,000++

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day execution of electrical building services projects.

• Coordinate effectively with clients, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.

• Monitor and control the quality of electrical materials, equipment, and installations in line with ISO standards and project requirements.

• Review and coordinate shop drawings and technical documentation.

• Prepare work schedules and attend client and internal meetings.

• Manage site materials and equipment to minimize wastage and reduce delays.

• Identify non-conformance in products or installations and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.

• Explore new technologies and installation methods to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Track site progress and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant site/project management experience in M&E contracting.

• Knowledge of ISO 9000 / OHSAS 18000 (minimum requirement).

• ISO Internal Quality Auditor certification.

• Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course certification.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
