Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Project & Stakeholder Management : Oversee and coordinate collaborative projects with subject matter experts (both internal and external), vendors, trainers, partners, and Institutes of Higher Learning to facilitate delivery of learning initiatives.
Instructional Design & e-Learning Development : Design and develop interactive, industry-compliant e-learning courseware (e.g. SCORM) using authoring tools such as Articulate and iSpring. Develop detailed storyboards and manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations to enhance organisational e-learning capabilities.
Learning Technology Research & Application : Conduct research, horizon scanning, and pilot testing of emerging learning technologies (e.g. VR, AR, MR). Provide evidence-based recommendations for adoption and integration to optimise learning effectiveness.
Trainer Engagement & Learning Enhancement : Engage and collaborate with trainers to promote the adoption of innovative learning methodologies and technologies. Observe training sessions and recommend effective strategies to integrate digital learning tools and improve instructional quality.
Mentorship & Capability Development : Provide guidance and mentorship to executives in implementing new learning technologies, fostering continuous professional growth and digital learning competency.
Key Requirements
Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Social Sciences / Human Resources, or a related discipline. Adult learning qualifications is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in e-learning instructional design and a good understanding of adult learning principles. Prior experience in a training / academy environment is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, interactive and video software, web design, image editing, and e-learning authoring tools is appreciated.
