· Perform general store duties – receiving of goods, packing for transfer items, monthly inventory count.
· Perform transactional or data entry of inventory into system within specific cut off time – Good Receipt PO, Transfer, Inventory Count
· Process all requisitions from outlets and posted to purchase order before supplier’s ordering cut off time.
· Follow up closely with supplier on purchase orders not delivered on time.
· Maintain an accurate record of all store items and a proper filing system.
· Replenishes store items on a timely basis and ensures that there are always sufficient stocks on hand.
· Responsible for monthly transfer and inventory count report.
· Maintains general cleanliness of all store areas.
· Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Candidates possess at least minimum GCE "N" Levels and above certifications and with 1 years working experience in the related field for this position
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skill
· Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
· Knowledge of purchasing software is an advantage
· Able to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese to liaise with associates
