Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients and business opportunities within the target industries.
Generate qualified leads through channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, online databases, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a list of prospective clients using CRM tools and lead management systems.
Initiate contact with potential clients via email, calls, or social media to introduce company products or services.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Track, measure, and report lead generation metrics, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates in CRM systems.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.
Ensure all communications and processes adhere to company standards and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales prospecting, or business development—preferably within the tech or services industry.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and lead tracking tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and other lead generation platforms.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Availability to work part-time hours aligned with Singapore business hours.
