Workshop & Store Manager - #1122017

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop and implement project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving requirements and objectives.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are accurately represented on-site.

• Lead, guide, and delegate daily tasks effectively to project team members.

• Prepare and manage all safety documentation.

• Review, maintain, and organize project documentation with clients, contractors, and authorities to meet final project acceptance requirements.

• Evaluate project progress at each phase to ensure alignment with budget, cost control, and schedule milestones.

• Coordinate with internal teams and allocated resources to maintain alignment of interests and project objectives.

• Conduct post-project evaluations with management to assess outcomes and propose recommendations for future improvements.

• Able to perform effectively under tight schedules and demanding timelines.
