• Role: Personal Assistance **With Full Set Accounts Exp in Construction Field**

• Industry: Construction of Playground Project in Commercial or HDB Area.

Requirements:

1. Requires minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

2. With at least 1-2 years of full set accounts experience in engineering industry.

3. Familiar with finance software's like ABSS, Xero, Autocount

Responsibilities:

• This position reports directly to the CEO.

• Issuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment.

• Working with finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order.

• Familiar with finance related works and doing full sets of accounts.

• Submission of GST

• Assist related works for the CEO.

• Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.

• Liaise with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers and financial institutions.
