Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects, database contacts, and members to promote services and schedule orientations.

• Clearly explain company's offerings and guide potential guests toward suitable programs or sessions.

• Provide courteous and professional customer service over the phone and in person when needed.

• Confirm bookings, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of calls and conversion results.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest onboarding.

• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call centre, or customer service roles.

• Prior experience in hospitality or spa settings is advantageous
