About the Opportunity
Join one of Singapore’s leading property investment & development companies, managing iconic business parks and commercial buildings. This is your chance to learn from a highly experienced team, gain hands-on exposure, and build a strong foundation in property & facilities management.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to person for tenants – handle feedback, tenancy queries & service matters

• Oversee daily property operations, maintenance works & contractor performance

• Ensure building safety, cleanliness & compliance with regulations

• Support budgeting, cost control & quotation evaluation

• Assist in building emergencies (e.g., fire drills, outages) – time-off provided for standby duties

• Prepare reports, track KPIs & support cluster managers in daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related fields

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience (fresh grads with internships in property/FM welcome!)

• Great people skills – confident with tenants & contractors

• Hands-on, proactive & takes ownership of tasks

• Able to work independently with guidance from senior leaders
