Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Prepare quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Follow up on payments and ensure that all invoices are settled according to the agreed payment terms.
Support sales activities and assist in achieving the team’s sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in catering, F&B, or hospitality sales preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
