Key Responsibilities
Supervise changing room attendants and cleaning staff.
Prepare weekly duty rosters and manage daily operations.
Inspect locker rooms, toilets, and public areas regularly.
Report maintenance issues to the Facilities team.
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies.
Assist with event setups and festive decorations.
Handle lost and found items.
Work with external contractors and ensure service standards are met.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ level or completed primary education.
Experience in hotels, clubs, or service industries.
Able to multitask and manage contractor relationships.
Cleaning/housekeeping experience is a bonus.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
