Core Responsibilities
1) Calendar & Scheduling
• Organise and maintain CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting logistics.
• Prepare meeting packs (agenda, slides, briefing notes) ahead of time.
2) Follow‑Ups & Action Tracking
• Capture decisions and action items; track progress using Microsoft Planner/Lists.
• Proactively chase and escalate pending items to ensure closure.
3) Executive Documentation
• Draft and compile reports, presentations, and briefing materials for CEO engagements.
• Maintain a repository of templates and reference documents.
4) Project Coordination
• Support planning and execution of CEO‑led projects and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, risks, and deliverables; prepare status updates for stakeholders.
5) Event Support
• Assist in organizing high‑level corporate events, board sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
6) Communication & Gatekeeping
• Handle correspondence and information flow with discretion.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements
• 1–2 years’ experience in executive support, project coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Planner).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear slides and reports.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with project management tools and practices.
• Exposure to corporate events or stakeholder engagement.
