Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8AM-5PM)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Processing Shipments: Unload, inspect, and accurately record incoming deliveries. Verify contents against purchase orders and report any discrepancies.

2. Inventory Management: Organize and store products in designated areas. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.

3. Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Ensure that all orders are accurate and securely packaged.

4. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

5. Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues.

6. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before shipping. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.

7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to achieve operational goals. Communicate effectively and support team efforts.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements, shipments, and receipts. Complete necessary paperwork and update systems as required.

9. Compliance: Follow BRCGS and SFA guidelines.

Job Requirements:

- Able to commit to overtime when required.
