Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, overseeing, and executing projects to achieve specific goals within defined constraints like budget, time, and scope. They lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery. 

• Planning and Execution: Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. 

• Team Leadership: Motivating, guiding, and coordinating project team members. 

• Stakeholder Management: Communicating with clients, internal teams, and external partners. 

• Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks. 

• Quality Control: Ensuring projects meet required standards and deliverables. 

• Budget Management: Managing project costs and staying within budget constraints. 

• Time Management: Ensuring projects are completed on time and according to schedule. 

• Scope Management: Clearly defining project scope and ensuring it remains within defined boundaries. 

• Communication: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders. 

• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle. 

• Reporting: Tracking project progress, preparing reports, and communicating with management. 

• Performance Evaluation: Assessing project team performance and providing feedback.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of related project handling experience in Electrical System/Conditioning Monitoring System

• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat is required

• Ability to travel multiple locations on a project basis

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software.

• Ability to handle multiple projects

• Must possess good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills

• Good team player with ability to work independently

• Possess a class 3 driving license is an advantage

• Basic knowledge in mechanical/ electrical aspect of Power Systems will be preferred
