Responsibilities

Perform system commissioning at customer sites, including Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Conduct end-user training and ensure proper operation and maintenance of installed systems.
Inspect and verify installation work to meet quality and technical standards.
Respond to customer service calls, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues efficiently.
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers for technical support, parts replacement, or escalations.
Document commissioning activities, maintain reports, and perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or customer service.
Possession of a Class 3 driving license is a plus.
