Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors to execute plant maintenance, modifications, and construction safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with plant operators and maintenance teams to carry out tasks while maintaining safety and facility integrity.
- Conduct mechanical studies and implement facility modifications based on technical specifications and business requirements.
- Investigate equipment issues, evaluate findings, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Plan and deliver training sessions for staff and contractors to enhance skills and competencies.
- Respond to plant emergencies and support management system implementations in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SS651 standards.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within the oil, petrochemical, or power industry.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing static and rotating equipment, including heat exchangers, pressure vessels, agitators, pumps, compressors, and blowers.
