Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
• Implement system improvements and manage critical IT tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide expert support for Windows OS and commonly used applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
• Manage application and software upgrades, resolving performance issues as needed.
• Assist in developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures in collaboration with the IT Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Proficient in basic administration of systems and servers, including phone systems, wireless networks, and enterprise applications such as Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with current IT equipment, technologies, and enterprise backup and recovery procedures.
• Experience supporting video conferencing systems, mobile devices, and Linux is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of databases, cybersecurity, and cloud computing is an added advantage.
